Introductions

A custom home design-build expert from our team will schedule an onsite meeting with you. We’ll discuss:

  • Your wishlist and must-haves for your new custom home
  • Layout and design possibilities
  • The value addition to your property
Design
  • Our architect and interior design team go to work on designing your new custom home.
  • We’ll align your budget with the construction plans.
  • If you have a construction plan in place, no problem! Skip ahead to step 3.
Proposal and Contract Signing
  • We’ll walk you through a detailed proposal to ensure our scope of work, pricing, and design ideas align with your needs.
  • We cover everything pricing to ensure no hidden costs go unaddressed.
  • We’ll walk you through progress-based payment milestones to ensure you’re with us every step of the way.
Onboarding
  • We’ll apply for building permits and take care of all town inspections.
  • Our in-house interior designer will cover hundreds of design possibilities for layout, finishes, aesthetics, and more for your new custom home.
  • We’ll provide you with a final shopping list and a comprehensive list of vetted vendors to ensure the best quality for your needs.
Work on Site
  • We’ll assign a dedicated project manager, operations manager, and interior designer to maintain communication progress with you during the work process.
  • Our online portal —which is accessible to you 24/7 — grants you access to:
                        
    – job site execution logs

    – progress-based photos at each step of the construction process
                       
    – access to meeting minutes and notes
  • We’ll also set up regular job site meetings to keep you up to date on progress.
Handing Over the Keys
  • After a joint visit to the site where we explore your finished home, we’ll create a detailed punch list of items to review together.
  • Once the punch list is complete, we’ll hand over all corresponding warranties (and the keys!) to you.
